Verification
Quave Cloud offers both verified and unverified access modes. While unverified users can start using the platform immediately with some limitations, verified users get full access to all features and multiple regions around the world.
Users vs Accounts
In Quave Cloud, users and accounts are separate concepts:
- User: Your personal login credentials and profile. You already have a user since you signed up.
- Account: A higher-level concept to organize your applications, databases, billing, and team members. One user can belong to multiple accounts.
To deploy applications, you need to create at least one account. You can create more accounts later and invite team members to collaborate.
What Unverified Users Can Do
As an unverified user, you can start exploring Quave Cloud right away:
- Deploy applications to the Demo region
- Test and experiment with your code and configurations
- Experience the platform before committing to verification
Limitations for Unverified Users
While we want you to explore the platform, there are some important limitations to be aware of:
- Demo region only: You can only deploy to the Demo region. Other regions require verification.
- 48-hour automatic cleanup: All environments created by unverified users are automatically cleaned up after 48 hours. This is designed for testing and experimentation only.
- No database creation: Database services (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, etc.) are only available to verified users.
- Demo region availability: The Demo region may be stopped or reset at any time without prior notice.
- Auto-stop on container failures: If your containers repeatedly fail to start, your environment will be automatically stopped. Verified users don't have this limitation.
Important: Do not deploy any production workloads or important applications as an unverified user. The 48-hour cleanup is automatic and cannot be reversed. The Demo region is provided for evaluation purposes only.

How to Get Verified
The verification process is simple and typically completed within 1 business day:
- Go to the Verification page in your Quave Cloud dashboard
- Fill out the verification form with your information
- Submit and wait for our team to review your request

Information We Request
We ask for the following information:
- Your personal LinkedIn profile link
- Your company or personal website
- A short description of your business and how you plan to use Quave Cloud
- How you found out about us
Business Description
When describing your business, please include:
- The nature of your business
- The type of applications you intend to deploy
- Any specific resource requirements (if known)
- Any special needs or security concerns you may have
This information helps us understand your needs better and allows us to provide the most suitable support and infrastructure for your projects.
Account Limits
Once you're verified as a user, we'll establish resource limits for your accounts based on your needs. These limits ensure we can provide the necessary resources while maintaining service quality for all users.
If you anticipate needing limit increases, we recommend requesting changes at least 2 working days in advance. However, we'll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
